Astrology in the Workplace

You don’t have to be an astrology professional to use it strategically in the workplace! By recognizing a colleagues overall “element”, you can better understand and relate to them.

Astrology divides the signs into 4 elements: Fire, Earth, Air & Water. Each element has its own unique characteristics.

A person’s overall element is NOT just their Sun Sign. It’s the most prevalent element in their entire birth chart. By simply watching and interacting with a person, it is fairly easy to gauge their overall element.

As a manager, place your Earth people in detail-oriented tasks, they will push through and dot every “I” and cross every “T”. Want to dream up some new sales initiatives? Put a fire element and an air element in a room together and watch the sparks fly! Need more empathetic customer service? Place your water signs in this area.
